Local Pickup — St. Thomas, USVI

If you are located on St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, local pickup is your best option. Skip the wait and avoid shipping fees entirely by selecting pickup at checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification with pickup details. This is the fastest and most convenient way to receive your GlamBox order if you're local to the island.

Shipping via USPS

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there is issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try and resolve these issues. If after several attempts of contacting you, you do not respond, you order will be canceled and your money refunded to you.

If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please contact us ASAP. If your order was placed on the weekend, please call us first thing Monday morning. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from GlamBoxVI.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service. GlamBox VI DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED. 


We ship all domestic orders via USPS Priority Mail. Once your payment is authorized and verified, please allow 4–5 business days for order processing before shipment. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Please note: GlamBox VI is located in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. While domestic USPS rates apply to all U.S. orders, packages originating from the USVI may pass through customs clearance before reaching the continental United States. This is standard procedure and is outside of our control. It may result in slight delays beyond the standard Priority Mail window. We appreciate your patience and will always provide tracking so you can follow your order every step of the way.
